    Please contact our team at https://skylum.com/support and provide the activation code you're trying to enter. 

    Also, just in case, keep in mind that Photolemur 3 is not yet compatible with macOS Big Sur. Thus, if you're using this OS, the software may crash on export. We do hope to ship a compatibility update in the future.
