Templates doesn't appear after install

I bought some templates (Winter Wonderland etc.) and did the import as suggested (File / Add Template Collection / Choose *.ltc file etc.). But after that the Templates doesn't appear in the Templates / My Collection Section. 

I've contacted the Support already one week ago with screencast, systeminfo etc., but no reaction so far.

How can i make Luminar AI to use the templates?

  Add the template again, close and reopen Luminar AI. If still not there, perhaps you have a corrupted file. Download it again. Make sure you have unzipped the ltc file. It will not install while inside the zip file.
