Luminar AI membership not fulfilled

My Luminar AI Membership has not been updated in more than a month. I have not received the promised free tutorials on AI, nor have a received a new set of templates, also promised. Instead I am asked to purchase more templates at a cost of more than 75.00!

  You receive new assets (sky files and looks/templates) once a month on the anniversary date of you signing up for Luminar-X membership. I have been a member for four months and this is what is currently available to me. My next set of assets should roll out about mid month.

  There are also supposed to be tutorials. I cannot see any AI tutorials

  Did you scroll far enough down the page to see them, or they simply are not there? If not there, someone from Skylum Support will have to help you.

  Re tutorials: Look up Jim Nix on YouTube. He has an excellent 12 part series on Luminar AI.
