Luminar 4.3 and Luminar AI not starting ...

After a lot of problem with Luminar 4.3 which refuses to launch (repair test, uninstall, install, etc.). Hours and hours passed, I decided to try Luminar AI trial to see if it worked properly. And I see that with luminar AI I have the same problems and a crash.

  I have the Some Problems and i send all to the support . I’m will not stay hours in hours like last version ! I hope that skylum solve the problems otherwise I will get my money back
