Hi, the new Canon raw format is not supported in Aurora, your best bet is converting your raw files to DNG before you process them (heh...). There's a free converter from Adobe, in case you don't have Camera RAW installed:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

Not sure about LAI; usually, if you see something in a tutorial on Youtube and you can't replicate it in the Windows version, it's because most tutorials are based on the Mac version of the application and the two are not 100% feature-compatible - which is another common source of complaints here...

Hope this answers your questions. Kindest regards,

    Hi,

At this time, we don't have an ETA for CR3 support, but as Marco has suggested, you can convert your RAW images to DNG with Adobe DNG Converter.

You can download it following one of the links below.

    For Mac OS:
    http://www.adobe.com/go/dng_converter_mac/

    For Windows:
    http://www.adobe.com/go/dng_converter_win/

Could you please let me know what are the videos you are referring to?

They have failed at fixing this issue for 2 years now, shouldn't have to convert to DNG...please fix your software.

I hope the support vor CR3 in Aurora will be available in the near future. But I fear the product is already dead - I haven´t seen any updates for a long time - I fear it is another dead end.

I just bought this software and I am unable to use my raw images in HDR. Is this fixed yet? Do I ask for a refund?

    Hi Member,

Are you working with CR3 images as well?
If so, I'm afraid Aurora HDR doesn't support CR3 files at this time.

However, you can convert them to DNG with Adobe DNG Converter:

    For Mac OS:
    http://www.adobe.com/go/dng_converter_mac/

    For Windows:
    http://www.adobe.com/go/dng_converter_win/

If you'd rather prefer a refund, please reach us at http://skylum.com/support
