I had to uninstall and re-install PL3 for MacOS (same mac computer)
Now I am trying to re-activate my single license and I get a "Wrong License Code" message. I have triple checked my mail/activation code and they are correct both copy/pasted from my Skylum account to avoid typos. After resetting my code the PL3 license status shows:
- Current Activations (1 of 1 activations left)
Still getting the Wrong License Code message.
I am stuck.
How can I re-activate my software?
