i want an explanation as to why the only email i cant receive is my verification email as i just spent 60 pounds for something i cant use because the site isnt able to just send or give me a way to verify my account this is very frustrating and stupid that you have to verify the email before any access has been given and no response form customer support absoulutely stupid

  I am having the same issue. Hoping this is just because there is a lot of people buying for Christmas and not a representation of the company. Please fix it soon!!
