    I am guessing here.  You are importing images and then ejecting the card.  This doesn't TRANSFER the images from the card... so you are only seeing the low-res preview.

    I also have this issue, but my images are local on my windows computer.  I've uninstalled, deleted all references to skylum, reinstalled, no change.  I've tried various never before touched images with no luck.

    As it is, I cannot use the product at all.  Any advice?
