Import image gets CORRUPTED.
AnsweredI just got Luminar Ai and was very happy with it. Btw I was using Big Sur on a 2019 Macbook Air. Then after a photoshoot the next day, I tried to import the photos into Luminar and the Thumbnails, and all look fine. When I double click onto one image, as usual, it took some time to analyze the photo but this time after analyzing, the image gets corrupted. This happened to every single Image of mine. So I deleted Lumianr Ai, redownloaded it and deleted the corrupted files, and imported them again from the SD Card. This time it worked but later on, when I had to import again the pictures would get corrupted again. I tried to reach out to Skylum regarding this issue and there was absolutely no reply which really disappointed me so much that I was very close to getting a refund and probably go to Lightroom. Please can someone help me?

Hi Nithil,
Sorry for making you wait. Our support team usually replies within 24 hours, but we're currently receiving quite a number of requests so it may take longer than usual for our team to get back to you.
I can see that my teammate replied to your email earlier today.Comment actions -
I am guessing here. You are importing images and then ejecting the card. This doesn't TRANSFER the images from the card... so you are only seeing the low-res preview.
