Luminar Ai bugs
AnsweredWhy have there been no updates/patches for Luminar Ai? The activation was a mess and I only managed it with the help of another person in the Community. Really! Why do I need to minimise/maximise the activation screen in order to be able to see what I have typed!!!!
No luck trying to import luminar 4 looks.
When I try to preview what an edit looks like by clicking on the eye icon and or the before/after, no changes show. Please help!!

There was a patch between the early-bird release and the global one.
We're currently investigating the issue with the activation screen. We haven't been able to catch the bug on our end yet, but as soon as we do - we will be sure to fix it.

The looks from Luminar 4 should have been migrated to Luminar AI automatically. Make sure you have installed them in Luminar 4.
Here's how to find Luminar 4 looks in Luminar AI
- Launch LuminarAI.
- In the top bar, click Templates > Switch to My Collection
- You'll be able to find your looks from Luminar 4 under Legacy tab: https://prnt.sc/w0f969

Press the Windows logo key + R.

Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.

In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.

Click File > Export.

Type the name of the file (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it and attach this text file to your request at skylum.com/support
