    Same here. Amount booked on my CC, but no link or license key. Account is activated and also no further details listed or information around my software license. Have the same first feedback from the support team. Think, I will wait 2 days before I inform my bank and CC company.

    I issued a refund and it's been past 14 days and I still have not received anything like what?? You guys have the worst customer service.

    Hi Adrian - I've checked and see that the refund was issued on the 5th of January. I've reached out to our billing partner to check the transaction status on their end.
