Luminar Ai Nothing is working for me.

I open a raw image and pick template but it does nothing to the photos. When I click on edits everything is greyed out. I clicked on Essentials, creative, Portrait Etc but does nothing. Anyone else having this issue?

  Hi Daniel, 

  Could you please provide us with the screenshots illustrating this issue? 

  What camera was your RAW file taken with? Please ensure that your camera is supported: https://media.macphun.com/uploads/uploads/luminar/Luminar_AI_Supported_Cameras.pdf 

  Does your image have a warning triangle in the top right corner? If so, switch to the Catalog tab > right-click the folder that contains this image  > Locate Folder > find this folder on your drive and select it.

  Yes. Same problem, but warning symbol is in upper left corner of frame. Procedure by Kate does no good.

  The exclamation symbol means that you relocated your photos and Luminar doesn't know where they are.  Maybe you unplugged a memory card or external drive.

  Same problem here on Windows 10. Luminar AI works fine for jpg but not for RAW (Samsung NX1/NX500 raw). If I select RAW file everything is greyed out. Samsung Raw is supported as per the camera list linked above.

  NOTHING IS WORKING DOES NOT GET OFF THE WELCOME SCREEN.  Everything is greyed out.
