Luminar ai log in issues- my fix
Featured AnsweredI wasn't able to log in to my Luminar ai account after downloading the software for more than a week. When I tried to log in, I will get the message about "internet connection". I contacted skylum, it took them days to respond but it was helpful when they finally did. Every recommendations (firewall, use other internet connection etc) they gave me I've tried except one "change hosts file to default". It's easy, Google it and you will be directed to Microsoft page with easy to follow instructions. Now I'm able to use the software.

Luminar AI does ot work for me either.
It does on my Desktop, but not on my laptop.
Despite this laptop being brand new / fresh Windows instalation.
Turning off aniti virus and Firewall does not work either.
I had the SAME problem with Luminar 4.
How stupid i felt into this trap (Slylum) again.
How can I get my money back?
