    Your anti-virus software and firewall may be the issue. Please try the following:

    If the solution above doesn't work, please send your Hosts file to our support team via https://skylum.com/support for review. The file is located here:

    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\

    I think I would like a refund, other software installs without any problems.

    Fould the solution !!!

    Just rename your "HOSTS" file (system32/driver/etc) as hosts2 !!!

    And the activation will work :-)
