    Hi Brandon,

Could you please send us a couple of your images (brackets) so that we could test them on our end?

We'd also a screen recording of the issue so that we could see the results that you get on your end.
You can use Monosnap to record your screen: https://monosnap.com/welcome

Here's how you can send us the files:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello Margaret,

Thank you for getting back to me on this issue! This would greatly save me some time on my workflow if I could batch process. Here are two brackets (of 4 photos each) https://we.tl/t-rYVBNzyEG8 . Here is a video I took of the issue https://we.tl/t-puKijs3SRQ

    Thanks

    Hi Brandon,

If you don't mind, please, paste this wetransfer link into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

We believe that addressing the technical issues via the email is way more productive and convenient for the both sides.

Ok I contacted support directly. I don't see posting this issue publicly to be a detriment, but rather helpful for people who come across the same issue. I really hope the bracketing detection can be improved. It should not be excessively difficult to detect brackets by the pattern in which their exposure's change. I consistently have everything the same; I shoot 1", 1/2", 1/4", 1/8".

Basically can I have batch processing allowed for pictures that aren't explicitly taken in brackets from the camera? Can it just recognize a repeating pattern of exposures?

I am facing a similar issue. The batch processing does not seem to keep the order of the images and I "believe" it is creating bad merges.

If I batch process, some images come out terrible while some come out perfectly. I've attached some examples. Based on other images, it seems like the 0 bracket should be first followed by the rest of the brackets starting at -4 to +4. However, several are out of order in the batch with no apparent way to fix it. It's not always the 0 bracket, sometimes-1 and +1 are swapped as an example.

This makes the batch process useless as I don't get predictable results. I would hope the batch would read the files in order perhaps by file name or at least let us drag them in the right order. Or... OR... maybe I'm wrong and this has nothing to do with the issue. All I know is in batch process, it's terrible (on some images) but if I do them one at a time manually, the same images the batch breaks, well they come out perfectly.
