I took a screenshot of my issue. When try to reconnect the folder it says there are already edits in this folder for this pic. But as you can see from the screenshot the pic is in the folder and it has never moved. This is happening with every pic I edit and honestly why waste my time with this if I can't even come back to the edits the next day and access them.

Hi Charles,
There's a known issue with images getting lost after Big Sur updates. Our techs are currently looking for the best way to prevent it. We'll ship the fix as soon as it's developed and properly tested.
In the meantime, please reconnect your photos by using the Locate folder option:
- In the Catalog tab, right-click on a folder with an exclamation mark
- Choose Locate Folder from the menu, see the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/mo7tih
- Find and point to the missing folder
If you're still receiving an error message, please send us a screenshot of it.

Thank you.
This error message appears when there are images in the Single Image Edits album and Lost Edits album:First, let's locate images from the Lost Edits album:
- Click on the Lost Edits shortcut to see the missing images.
- Right-click on an image and choose Locate Image.
- A new navigation window opens.
- Navigate to the location where the file is stored.
- Click the Choose Folder button to relink the file(s).
- Do this for all images in the Lost Edits album
Then, go to the Single Image Edits album, select all photos and choose Remove From Single Image Edits.
Now, when there are no images in the Single Image Edits album, try locating a folder once again.
I hope this helps.
