Cant login via app - Luminar AI but can logon via website

Bought  Luminar A! today -       dowloaded and installed 

 

then tried to launch -     fill in Email and password and get this crap 

Luminar^AI can’t sign in to your Skylum account at the moment. Check your internet connection and try again. Contact support at skylum.com/support if you need help.

I can login to website account fine and see my purchase - download link -  and says activated  1 for 1

  Tried using Microsoft authentication -       same issue -  says it is an internet issue. which is bogus 

  is there anyone looking at this forum -    it is a launch date and users can't activate software.

  Hi John hallgrimsson,

  Please ensure that your antivirus or firewall isn't blocking outgoing connections.

  If the issue persists, try an alternative Internet connection if possible - there may be a setting on your network that blocks outgoing connections.
