Cant login via app - Luminar AI but can logon via website

    Tried using Microsoft authentication -       same issue -  says it is an internet issue. which is bogus 

    is there anyone looking at this forum -    it is a launch date and users can't activate software.

    Hi John hallgrimsson,

    Please ensure that your antivirus or firewall isn't blocking outgoing connections.

    If the issue persists, try an alternative Internet connection if possible - there may be a setting on your network that blocks outgoing connections.
