RAM ISSUES WITH AI
AnsweredAnybody experiencing huge RAM leakage on AI? After about 12 edits my RAM usage was over 17GB, meaning everything slowed down/stopped

Hi Phil,
Indeed, loading and processing RAW files can take some time and system resources.
Nevertheless, performance might depend on several factors such as your hardware configuration, Library size, and image format/size.
Could you please let me know the following:
- How many images are there in your Library?
- Are they located on the internal or external drive?
- Size of the RAW files you are working with.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

FastStone Image Viewer takes under a second to load and process RAW files. Why does it differ with Luminar AI?
Why are we always asked how many images we have? 75 percent of the time the answer from the user is under 100. I have 135,000 images in Lightroom, they have never asked me how many images I have because it is irrelevant.
Please acknowledge the issue. This software is dog slow and MUST be fixed.
So frustrating the support responses to legitimate questions. If the software is slow and you ask how many images we have then you already are aware that there is some limitation to having too many images. And sadly that number seems to be less than 100.
Please help instead of grandstanding. We need solutions.
