6 days ago I asked for refund

Well, then I get a response alike "try this and that... maybe it'll improve the performance", but I asked for refund, not for advices. I responded, and after that nothing,... 6 days and no result. What else can I do?

  Same for me. I've also opened a case on PayPal.

  Ok, they issued the refund, and "This may take up to 14 business days"

  Hi Roman,

  If you've received a confirmation that the refund was issued, it means that the funds have already been reverted to your account. In the majority of cases, the funds will show up sooner - within a couple of business days. If it's a refund to PayPal - even faster.
