NO EMAIL RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT
AnsweredI own Photography Business and Classes and some of my students were interested in learning LuminarAI and I am unable to locate My LuminarAI in my account, and I have tried to reach them 4 times, but there is no response. In fact, I am not getting an email confirmation to verify my account. Really disappointing and horrible customer service. Let's see if someone helps here or we will move on with getting a refund.

I am having the exact same issue. I paid 6 days ago and have raised tickets on a daily basis as I have the trial version which runs out in 2 days time.
I am happy with the software but find the support unresponsive. I am yet to receive anything other than the automated response promising contact within 24 hours.
It has now been SIX days. I know that the holiday period is upon us but the automated thing is working. MY account does not show the license details so when I log in, nothing changes.
Please can someone just respond?
