I own Photography Business and Classes and some of my students were interested in learning LuminarAI and I am unable to locate My LuminarAI in my account, and I have tried to reach them 4 times, but there is no response. In fact, I am not getting an email confirmation to verify my account. Really disappointing and horrible customer service. Let's see if someone helps here or we will move on with getting a refund.
