    I tried that, what do we have to do there to get the cancellation done and pre-book amount refunded?

    It is not easy and not documented properly.. Can I please place a request here for cancellation as I dont need/like it? Why cant the cancellation process be transparent and easy??

    I continue to be a big fan of Luminar 4 and Aurora HDR but dont need/like the AI.. Please cancel my order and initiate refund.. Thanks!

    Yep, I also use/like Luminar 4; but I'm not happy with AI version and have tried to cancel & receive a refund (as per policy/advertised) but this is not easy since finding how is buried....

    to Austin Miller (1 day ago)... thank you for your response; it took me a while to find the hyperlink for cancellation of Luminar AI. I eventually found it and I belive I've completer the small online form ~ hopefully correctly? I look forwards to a speedy & successful outcome....
