I received an email from Evelina with the instructions that I transcribed below (what is in bold is my answer) nothing has worked. I still cannot activate Luminar AI, the form to enter my account credentials does not appear. Now I want a refund of the purchase amount, since the site says that there are 30 days to return, and I can not find any way to make a claim for the return.
- Reboot your computer. OK
- Turn off Windows Defender Firewall: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028544/windows-10-turn-windows-defender-firewall-on-or-off OK
- Either turn off your anti-virus or add Luminar to its list of exclusions. Consult your anti-virus manual for help. (Eset Internet Security) OK
- If your router has a firewall, temporarily disable it as well. (N.B. If your router has AI Protection, try disabling it as well). OK
- Try an alternative Internet Connection, if possible - your Internet provider may be blocking the connection to our servers. You could share your mobile data to see if the issue is not network-related: OK
If the issue persists, please do the following:
In search, type Wi-fi settings > click on your Wi-Fi network (See the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/w3t72d ) > switch to the Private Network (see the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/w3t8bh ) I use a PC, not a laptop, I don't have wifi connection in itthe software still does not open the form to activate, and the other menu options, such as "my software" are disabled

The answer above is a transcription of the communication I have had with Skylum support. In fact, I just answered the most recent email that they sent me, and honestly, I give up, nothing has worked, I feel quite frustrated, I was anxiously waiting for Luminar AI since I have good experience with Luminar 3 and 4, and in fact still use Lumina 4 as a plugin because I really like the software. I request that you inform me how I should proceed to receive a refund of what I paid. Thank you.

I have the same issue and tried all the possible options to troubleshoot.
I can't even reach support, since all I get are FAQ but don't reach to any place to open a ticket or send an email. Please, reach me by email to ericberc@gmail.com
This is really frustrating. I never faced anything like this with any softeware.
