Answeredstarting to realize that Skylum has a worthless support - and seems a waist of time writing in this forum
they sell software that can't activate

I can login to website fine - have reset password many times which does not fix anything -
this is the error

I type in my id - igetsmart@gmail.com and then my password - enter sign in - and get this error - in website says I have 1 active
I am only using one computer and have not tried on any other computer
