Captivating Cityscapes by Albert Dros don't work in Luminar AI?

Hi... please help me about this :

How can I install the free package (for luminarX membersip) "Captivating Cityscapes by Albert Dros" in Luminar AI and where in the templates will I look for it?

I ask why there is in the zip file and the .ltc file for Luminar AI, but when I double click on it it shows that it was installed but I do not see it anywhere ....

In Luminar 4 installed perfectly and immediately ...

  I have the same issue. I click on Purchased and nothing is visible. Every purchase was done through FastSpring.

  Roy,

  I found the legacy presets. But the presets I purchased through FastSpring are not visible. I am online now reviewing my preset orders through Luminar FastSpring. How can I import this information into my Purchased category?

  Hi Lawrence,

  Here's a quick guide on how to install Template Collections in LuminarAI

  Template Collections for LuminarAI have an .ltc extension. Installing a Template Collection is simple. 

  • Launch LuminarAI.

  • In the top bar menu, click LuminarAI> File > Add LuminarAI Template Collection.

  • In the window that opens, navigate to the folder where the downloaded Template Collection file (.ltc) is located and select it. 

  • Done! The new templates will appear in the Templates tab > My collection (a star icon) > Purchased.

  I downloaded files again and the only files available are "Mplumpack" files. There are no (.ltc) files at all...

  I purchased "Captivating CityScapes" this morning, extracted the file, and the "(.ltc)" is included in this file. How can I get the (.ltc) files for the other presents I purchased?
