    Hi!

I can see that you have already managed to fix the issue by reinstalling the plugin.

Not me. I've done everything that's mentioned. I'm on a windows 10 machine. I've closed PS, Uninstalled from Luminar, rebooted, ran Luminar AI as administrator, clicked on file>Install, to PS, rebooted, opened PS and its still not there with Luminar 4 and Aurora. Really want my money back. Life is too short to get stressed out over this nonsense.

    Hello Elissa,

Please try installing the plugin manually.

    1. Make sure Photoshop is closed.
    2. Download the plugin from here.
    3. Navigate to the Photoshop Plugins folder. The default path is: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC

For Photoshop CS5 and CS6, the paths will look like this: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop version name\Plug-Ins\Filters
      and C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop version name\Plug-ins
    4. Copy the .8bf file into the folder(s) you've opened in Step 3

Here is the instruction for Aurora HDR:

    1. Make sure Photoshop is closed.
    2. Download the plugin from here.
    3. Navigate to the Photoshop Plugins folder. The default path is: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC

For Photoshop CS5 and CS6, the paths will look like this: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop version name\Plug-Ins\Filters
      and C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop version name\Plug-ins
    4. Copy the .8bf file into the folder(s) you've opened in Step 3
