Luminar AI - Early Bird Release SNAFU?

Just got the email to say my Luminar Ai Early Bird purchase is available for download. Followed the email link which opens my account this shows L4 as a (past) purchase with a download button and Luminar AI with the message:

You’ve preordered LuminarAI for 2 devices. The download link will be available here after release day. Stay tuned!

 

I have previously linked the Paypal email address with this account used for purchase and trying to do so again gave the message that it is already linked.

 

So no download link but just a link to order more seats!

 

Please advise how I can download.

    I got the same email, but I have the download link.
    I download it, install it, but the program doesn't start ... I guess all is not ready yet :p

    If you had read my original post (above) with a little more care you would have seen your questions are answered in the quoted line 

    "You’ve preordered LuminarAI for 2 devices. The download link will be available here after release day. Stay tuned!"

    and that is the account linked from your  Early Bird email to me received earlier today so I am clearly an Early Bird purchaser.

    I dont know why they remove the link but glad to ear it worked :p

    Unfortunatly I will have they fixed my issue before enjoying the software :-/
