Bought Luminar 4 says it is not compatible with myThinkpad laptop

Every time I try to download it states the product is not compatible with my laptop. I got on the support section and had a different type of link sent. Same thing.

I sent an email to support and it did noting but send me to the same page that did not help. I am trying to get a refund but cannot seem to get it.

  I've checked our CRM and it looks like there are no new requests from the email that you used to sign in here. 

  Have you, by any chance, used any other email? If so, please let us know that email address so that we could locate your request.
