    I have the same problem except I'm moving to a PC. I have tried repeatedly to contact Skylum support with no success. This is one of the most frustrating exercises I've been through. The link you provided Ms Enmen does NOT give me access to support. The closest it comes is having me fill out a form that looks like it should give me an email response. That would be fine if the form would actually "submit". It does not.

    How do I actually get support from Skylum?

    My issue has been resolved. I figured it out myself. The software is up and activated.

    My frustration and disappointment with Skylum support remains.
