I purchased a new mac and trying to log into my account. I have successfully installed the application on the new Mac. The application is requesting an activation code. I purchased after the trail. I don't recall an activation code being shared with me. I have searched all email addresses that I have. Apple App store shows the receipt of purchase. Also, skylum.com, under "my account" shows luminar 4, but wants me to view via the Mac app store.
I noticed in the forum that I could deactive with my previous device; However, my previous device was stolen from me (hence new computer and attempt at re-install) and preventing me from logging-in on my old computer.
I have the screenshot from apple app store showing the charge for me for the annual subscription screenshot on my new mac.
Can someone get back to me regarding the recovery steps to my account?
