Is there a Luminar 4 "Light Mode"?
AnsweredI just bought and loaded up Luminar 4, on a Windows 10 machine. But the contrast of the UI menus, icons and such against the background is really low. Far too low to use comfortably. I've tried it on 3 different monitors, so it isn't a monitor problem. I've looked through the manual and your website and I can't find the solution. I'm assuming you have accessibility features built into the program, like any good company should. So please tell me how I can access the accessibility menu so I can turn up the contrast on the UI. Ideally I'd prefer to just switch from the whole "dark mode" theme to a nice, high-contrast "light mode" theme. Or please give me some ideas how I can turn up the contrast so I don't have to strain to see your menus and differentiate icons. Otherwise, I've just wasted my money. *sigh*

Hi Jackie,
At this time, the current theme is the only one Luminar has and, regrettably, there's no way to tweak UI to your liking. You can, however, right-click a black frame around your image in the Edit panel to select a different background color in the edit window (see the screenshot:http://prntscr.com/vxc888). Otherwise, perhaps, only adjusting the screen brightness could partially help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-screen-brightness-in-windows-10-3f67a2f2-5c65-ceca-778b-5858fc007041
I will pass your request to enable an accessibility menu where these settings can be modified. However, it's unlikely to happen in Luminar 4 as it will get only maintenance updates in the future.
Thus, if you feel like the current UI will not be comfortable for you to use, please contact our team https://skylum.com/support - we will arrange a refund for your purchase.
