I have been using Luminar since 2016, so when AI was advertised I was an early subscriber, placing an order on Sept 20th. I received an email advising me that AI was available for download, I went to my account, no sign of AI.

I sent an email to customer service and received a reply in Italian! I then went to the 'chat' on the website and was given a link to download luminar 4!

All I want is the product that I have paid for, in advance to Skylum, is that too much to ask for.
