  Hi Deokki,

  This error message usually occurs when something is blocking access to our servers.

  Please try the following:

  • Turn off Windows Defender Firewall: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028544/windows-10-turn-windows-defender-firewall-on-or-off
  • Either turn off your anti-virus or add Luminar to its list of exclusions. Consult your anti-virus manual for help.
  • If your router has a firewall, temporarily disable it as well.

  If the solution above doesn't work, please send us your Hosts file for review. The file is located here:

  C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\

  Please attach the file to your support request at skylum.com/support.
