Considering the new Luminar AI won't run on new Mac M1 chip, can we get a refund of the pre-order.  There is no interest to get this new software until it runs 100% on Mac M1 chip.

  Luminar AI does indeed run on the M1 silicon. I just uploaded a video where I test how it performs on my new M1 powered MacBook Pro. It should help answer any questions you might have. https://youtu.be/yYbsqAyd23w

  I also sent you an email and asked to refund my account, I don't want to use this program anymore and you told me that you will refund me without any question if I am not satisfied with your program.

  I also waiting for Luminar support team to contact me regarding to the refund process. Let's hope can get this done before the 30 days limit. I file my request on 20 Dec 2020. Thanks

  I too am waiting for the Luminar support team to contact me about my refund request.  I filed my request on Dec 18th 2020 and again on Dec 21st 2020.  Still no word.  Thanks.
