RAW ARW Problem with the Sony RX100 M5

I only work with RAW files with the Nikon D 7100 and Sony RX100 M5

First of all: With Lightroom LrC, both RAW files (NEF and ARW) can be processed without any problems.

My problem with Luminar 4.3 only relates to the ARW files of the Sony. As follows:

When opening the ARW file, the picture appears normal for 1-2 seconds; i.e. without distortion. Then the image appears with a barrel distortion. The lens correction of Luminar as well as Lightroom does not react because the Sony has a built-in lens correction. As I said, with Lightroom I have no distortions.

Solution from Luminar

Edit a raw image and choose lens correction and choose auto distortion correction and right-click in the image (Matching Copy Adjustments). Then return to the gallery (gallery mode) with the command. Select all images and enter the -v command. That does not work. The image can no longer be corrected. Not even manually.

I think the future of Luminar is fantastic. However, it is a pity that the first RAW development process on the camera type resp. Lens (internal lens correction camera) fails. Luminar engineers, give yourselves a push …….
