Reception of Luminar 4 after purchase through bank transfer
AnsweredHi everyone! I just did a payment for the bundle Luminar 4 + Luminar AI in preorder.
I did it through a classic bank transfer, filling in the details (to Paddle Ltd as required). I don't know when they'll receive the money and how I'll actually get Luminar 4 (before the release of Lulinar AI I was guessing and now hoping!) and how I'll be able to install it..
Haven't received confirmation of any sort which is not totally unexpected since it wasn't processed on the website directly, just used the info on the website not having my MasterCard at the moment.
The thing that scares me a bit is that I couldn't put all the info they asked to indicate for my e-banking app' didn't have the address info available for example.
When and how will I get the softwares?

Please reach us via skylum.com/support and provide the following information:
- The email address used for your purchase
- Any alternate email addresses you may have used for your purchase
- Your order number (it should look something like MACXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX, where X is a digit)
- Your PayPal receipt
- Transaction details from your bank
