Agree. Is this going to be yet another half baked Skylum product. I don't think I can spend any more money here.

Please complete Luminar, it's still has work required.

Luminar 4 is terribly slow. The DAM is simple which is fine for me but it runs slower than Luminar 4 on a 8th gen i7 with four times more RAM than LR4 runs on my first gen 2008 i7!! Yes I'm up to date.

The 'improvements' in performance have been ongoing for circa 2 years.

    Hi James,

Please note that our team is not abandoning Luminar 4 and we still plan to issue free performance updates for it. Have you tried getting in touch with our support team? They can make some suggestions on improving the app's performance in your particular case.

You can get in touch with them at https://skylum.com/support.

Another scream into the void for fixing bugs in Luminar 3 and 4 and also looking at the performance, although I don't believe Skylum will do anything about it. They have moved on already...

I have tried L3 and L4, but I prefer the UI of L3 by far.

Unfortunately due to number of bugs in L3 I am forced to use L4, which still has the same slow performance (loading photo for editting) as L3 and as L4 older versions.
