Note: I already tried deleting the app and then restarting the Mac and then installing Aurora HDR 2019 again, and still has the same problem.

I use Aurora exclusively in batch mode because of other bugs. I have had it crash when processing a large number of them, but I haven’t seen what you’re seeing.  If you’d be willing to put the 8 files somewhere where I could get to them, I could see if it freezes for me.

    Hi Luis,

I downloaded the 8 files, and I was able to process them with Aurora HDR in batch mode.  It didn't freeze up the way it did in your video.  I'm running Version 1.0.0 (6432)

    This is what I did:

    1. Started Aurora HDR
    2. Clicked on "Batch Processing..."
    3. Dragged the 8 .DNG files onto the window
    4. Selected "Single Images" on the right
    5. Clicked "Continue", which took me to the Batch Settings screen
    6. Clicked the "Process" button

I think for you, it's freezing right after step 4, isn't it?

Not sure how helpful this is, but let me know if I can try anything else for you.
