    Of cause I've done all the troubleshooting hints you write as standard answer in other forum posts. But without any success. .NET is installed in the version or a newer one.

    I send out all the stuff to our support address.

    Hello, 

    is there allreday a sollution of the issue? 

    I have the same issue with Luminar 3, 4 or the Aurora HD software. I tried all of this. 

    In the eventlogs i have Problems with the:

    Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.

    I have cleared and repaird the regestry with CC-Cleaner and installed an deinstalled the programms often. 

    I have the newest Windows Updates. 

    I turned off the Windows Defender but Luminar 4 did nothing.

    Hello, 

    thank you for your replay. I solved the problem. I installed the C+++ again and again. The third try worked. I dont know why, but it worked.
