    I'm having this same issue on my Desktop but strangely not on my laptop. I found that deleting the CommonSettings.xml in the C:\Users\You\AppData\Roaming\Photolemur 3 folder will allow it to boot again (A surprisingly common thing I've needed to do for several other applications I've worked with in the past..) but it needs to be done every time I want to use the application. Any advice regarding a more permanent solve for the issue would be greatly appreciated. :)
