Hello Philip. Regrettably, it is not possible to change the Crop&Rotate tool to be always in Free mode. However, you can use the shortcut CTRL+T for Windows or CMD+T for Mac to enter the Free Transform tool.

I have Luminar 4.3.3 and Windows 10 and when I click CTRL + T rather than "free" I get what I would describe as "transform". When you slide one of bars it compresses the photo without deleting part of it. Any suggestions???

    Thanks,
