Luminar AI Early bird + loyalty discount??
AnsweredBeing a supporter from early days, I find a bit meagre to see my early bird and supporter discount reduced by 10€ with the invention of payment for one (1) extra seat on my laptop.
I surely would have expected Early Bird discount + loyal customer discount.

Hi Valdemar ,
Thanks for your ongoing support!
You can see the prices for the new purchasers here: https://skylum.com/checkout/luminar-ai/nu
The default activation is for 2 devices, however, per requests of the artists who are using only one computer, we've added the option for one device only. Subsequently, this option was made cheaper.
The Early Bird prices are the lowest per se, plus there's a loyalty discount for the current owners.
It can be redeemed here: https://skylum.com/checkout/luminar-ai/cu-b
As we reach the next preorder milestone, the prices will only go up.

Hello Bill Libecap,
Please, note that when you proceed to LuminarAI checkout, it displays the price with loyalty discount included in it. You would need to add your serial number/e-mail address in order to proceed and pay the price listed.

Hi Bill,
74 USD is the current price for a 1-device activation for the customers who have a previous Luminar or Aurora HDR version. This is already a discounted price.
By entering your activation code or email you simply unlock this price.
For comparison, you can check the prices for the new customers here: https://skylum.com/checkout/luminar-ai/nu

Hi Bill,
That's weird, as it's working fine on my end. Please, try another web browser or email us at support@skylum.com.

I too, as a long time MacPhun/Skylum user from pre-birth of Luminar, felt offended at a meager $10 off the price, for one seat, making it a $69 upgrade price (or, excuse me, loyalty price, since Skylum insists it is not an upgrade of Luminar 4). After reading the reviews about AI's "intelligence" (or lack there of as an AI software), at this price, I'll pass. Apparently, times have changed.
