How many Luminar 4.3 are broken by the latest Windows (version 2004).

  I have three machines running Windows 10 2004 (two Intel and one AMD). Luminar 4.3 is working on the Intel machines. It was working on my AMD based machine but now I get the splash screen for a few seconds and then nothing.

  Was that after a Luminar upgrade?  What anti-virus do you use (if many)?
