    Hi Miguel,

Please note that you have the option on the checkout page that allows you to choose how many seats do you like to have:

Please also note that if you need to have more seats for the app - it’s not a problem. You can purchase more seats in your Skylum Account.

Go to My Software tab. You will see a button 'Get seats' next to your LuminarAI: https://prnt.sc/ube0tv

It is true that there has been a change in policy regarding the number of seats per purchase. As noted, with Luminar AI it is one seat by default, or two seats for an additional 10 dollars. As Margaret indicated, you can go into your account page and purchase additional seats at $10 per seat. I do wish the standard purchase price included two seats by default. That said, I can live with the cost of $10 per additional seat and will purchase another to bring my total to three.

    Margaret,

I understand that I can purchase additional seats, I did state that in my message. What I see is a continuing reduction of the value provided at the base cost. First it was 5 seats included in the price, then it was two now it is one.

You mention "It's not a problem" yes it is as the value offered at the base price continues to be degraded. Good news is that there are other options out there.

We have 5 seats with Luminar 4. Why would want to pay 30% more for AI, even with the “loyalty discount”, for only 2 seats?

I sure didn't know it was only one seat!  I wouldn't have purchased it.  And it's $20 for me to buy another seat?  Here I am at my notebook computer traveling and I can't use Luminar AI.

    Hi guys,

You can also reset your activation counter in your Skylum account if it'll be convenient for you. Log in with your Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple account, or with your email and password.

    https://skylum.com/user/login

If you don't have an account, create one with your email here:

Reset buttons are available for each product you own in the My Software tab. Click License Reset All Licenses.

    Hi DNYANESH,

Yes, 1/2 means you have 2 seats.

As for the Enchanting Twilight skies pack, here's a quick guide on how to load custom skies to LuminarAI:

First of all, please unzip the downloaded pack. On Mac, simply double-click the zipped file. On Windows, right-click the .zip file to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions below:

    • Load a picture with the sky that you want to replace in Luminar.
    • In the top-bar menu, select the Edit tab.
    • In the right Tools panel, scroll down to the Creative section.
    • Choose Skyᴬᴵ > Sky Selection.
    • In the window that opens select the upper menu with skies > find Custom in the drop-down list: https://prnt.sc/10vy7fj
    • In the Custom section, click the + button: https://prnt.sc/10vy958
    • A dialog window will open where you'll need to navigate to the folder with your skies and choose the one you need.
    • Confirm the selection and enjoy the tool!
    • Skyᴬᴵ will work with your own photos if they are in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, and TIFF

If you'd like to add these skies to the default drop-down menu, click Skyᴬᴵ > Sky Selection > select upper menu with skies > Show Custom Skies (https://prnt.sc/10vybyc) > copy the skies to the folder that opens.

We recommend keeping no more than 50 skies loaded at a time for better performance.
