    Hi Thomas,

We need to be able to reproduce the issue on our end in order to understand at which point it occurs. Please send us a screen recording of what you do in the software before encountering the issue. Here's how to record a screen on Mac:

    https://support.apple.com/guide/quicktime-player/record-your-screen-qtp97b08e666/mac

Also please send us original photos and sky images you use.

Here's how you can send us the file:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into the request at https://skylum.com/support.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I find some of the luminar skies to be dissapointingly low resolution.

That is the reason they are pixellated.

    Hello Elena Blum,

I had the same problem with AI Sky Replacement as Thomas. After I informed your support about it, I received the following answer:

    "Thanks for your reply.

I just checked your files and indeed, there is quite a lot of noise in Luminar's window when one applies AI Sky Replacement.

However, I tried exporting the file and there was no noise on the exported image (there was a grain, but it wasn't so intense and harsh as it was displayed in Luminar's window).

I think the reason for this behavior is related to the fact, that Luminar uses pre-rendered adjustments when you work with AI Sky Replacement tool. To see adjustments as they are, you need to zoom in the image to 100% or export it. Our tech team is working on these algorithms at the moment. Please stay tuned and check for updates."

Elena, why does Thomas not get the same answer as me? Why do you expect him to do something completely pointless, knowing that Luminar 4.3 has a bug here that you have already figured out?

Hi Burkhard Bahr! In your case, we had all the resources to reproduce the issue. We new which sky texture did you use and had your original files.

This issue does not happen with all devices. Thus, we have to investigate separately the issue that Thomas experiencing. It might have a different origin.
