DNG file appears black in Luminar 4
AnsweredHeya,
I took a look around and couldn't find a solution to this exact problem.
When I try to open a DNG file in Luminar 4 it just shows as black. I created the files in Darktable because I needed to make an HDR image using RAW files. The RAW file format is CR2 from a Canon 6D Mark II in case that's relevant.

Luke,
Have you or can you try converting one of your CR2 files to DNG in the free Adobe DNG converter.
All the CR2 images I've converted to DNG in Adobe CNG converter have opened OK in Luminar 4, including in the latest 4.3.0 version. -
Hi Luke! I would suggest you reach our support team so we look into your case more thoroughly: https://skylum.com/support

Ian Murrell I actually don't have a problem using regular CR2 files directly in Luminar, it's specifically the HDRs that I've created in Darktable that I then wanted to process in Luminar that's causing me trouble. I'm sure Aurora would make this process more straightforward but I don't have the cash for it at the moment.
