Great program... with lots of bugs

I was really hoping the most recent update would fix the three most common problems I run into. Alas, it did not. Anyone else out there run into these all the time?

1. L4 constantly re-imports images. There are thousands of images in my L4 library right now. I've only manually added less than 100. But for some reason L4 is always pulling in its own back-ups (basing that assumption on all the responses in this forum to those with the same plight). It has also randomly imported photos that I don't want in L4.

2. L4 breaks. A lot. It's not uncommon for the program to just up and crash when I click on a different photo to edit. And then, after it crashes, it won't open again. Starts to load, and then crash. So I have to go through that whole trick of renaming the catalog folder and catalog file, etc. But of course, it will inevitably crash in the same way again, maybe an hour later, or a day, or a week...

3. Edits disappear. I spend all kinds of time working on a photo only to have all my edits go out the window when I come back to it at some later date. Oh, the preview shows all the edits, and the history shows all the edits, but not the workspace. The layers have even disappeared. Here's a screenshot of the history showing that multiple layers should exist, and a screenshot of the single layer that is there.

So, what gives Skylum? I love the workflow and I love the results. But that's only when the program isn't crashing and the results actually stay. Will this crap ever be fixed? Who else has these issues?

PMC : I agree with you, Luminar is one of the most unreliable app I know. As users, we just pay the licence to be their QA team for free!
