    Hi Robert,

We need to be able to reproduce the issue on our end in order to understand at which point it occurs and troubleshoot it. Please email us at support@skylum.com with a screen recording of the issue.
You can use Monosnap to record your screen: https://monosnap.com/welcome

Here's how you can send us the file with the recording:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I too have been suffering this issue. it is a recent issue and there is obviously something wrong with the programme somewhere in the algorithms.

I have this issue as well. A workaround is simply zoom in/out of the photo and that usually clears up the blurriness.

This is a definite problem with the on screen display. I finally upgraded to L4 today and see the problem with a lot of the auto edit options that the zoom in/out hack mentioned above does not fix. When you export the image it appears the problem goes away.

Hi Adrian! Could you specify if you used the option AI Skin Defects Removal? In case you did, there is a bug on some images. We are working on it.

In case you didn't, please reach our support team and we will look into it: https://skylum.com/support

How about responding to my complaint from 2 months ago? Samples of the error were uploaded.

    Jay,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please try the following:

Make sure Photoshop/Lightroom is not running. If the app was running, reboot your PC before proceeding.
Right-click the Luminarᴬᴵ icon > Run As Administrator.
Click Luminarᴬᴵ > File > Install Plugins.
    Click Uninstall next to Photoshop/Lightroom.
    Reboot your PC.
Right-click the Luminarᴬᴵ icon > Run As Administrator.
Click Luminarᴬᴵ > File > Install Plugins.
    Click Install next to Photoshop/Lightroom.
