Infinite loop when Save Changes with Luminar Apple Photos extension – Version 4.3.0 (7031)
AnsweredFinally, this week I have time to try the last update of Luminar with the Apple Photos extension (4.3.0). Will I surprise you if I said that this is another unreliable update? When I “Saves Changes” (with Luminar Apple Photos extension) the process is really slow or it runs indefinitely and I need to cancel the process and I lost all my work!!! It seems Skylum doesn’t have a QA team and sincerely, Luminar is the most unreliable app I have on my Mac!
I am the only one to have this issue? What the easiest way to revert to the old version of Luminar 4? Because I don’t want to waste my time with this update until I find an alternative to this product, thanks!

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having trouble saving photos back to Apple Photos!
We need to be able to reproduce the issue on our end in order to understand at which point it occurs. Please email us at support@skylum.com with a screen recording of what you do in the software before encountering the issue. Here's how to record a screen on Mac:

Here's how you can send us the file:
- Visit https://wetransfer.com/
- If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
- Click Add your files.
- Select the file(s) on your computer.
- After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
- In Send As select Link.
- Click Transfer.
- After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your email to support@skylum.com.
