Luminar 4.3 - Zoom, Pan, Quick preview - get Image Processing wheel each time before image is clear

Just installed 4.3 and use as a Apple Photos extension.

When in edit mode, performing Zooming, Panning or Quick Preview, the image is initially low res/out-of-focus and an Image Processing msg with spinning wheel appears in the lower left.  The image eventually sharpens but this happens every time with the same image when changing zoom level, panning the image when at a zoom level other than Fit To Screen, previewing Before/After, etc.

This did not happen prior to 4.3 and this is really disruptive to the workflow since every time you pan the image, it resets to low res and I sit watching the spinning wheel.
